In case the licence agreement has been misused, or the user account is closed due to a fraudulent purchase, this event gives rise to license/s breach and termination. In that case the user may be actioned of copyright infringement and no licence refund will be applied. This also applies where any third party content has been related to or contain explicit content posted on the Halal Beats website.
18.WHICH COUNTRY’S LAWS APPLY TO ANY DISPUTES?
18.1.If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and formation, are governed by English law. We both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
